Refurbished Electronics Retail Store

Brand Identity, Shop Branding, Signage & Board Design, Stationery Design, Packaging (Shopping Bags), Visiting Card, Letterhead & Collaterals

Build a premium, trustworthy brand presence for a refurbished electronics store—something that instantly feels modern, genuine, and high-quality. The goal was to make walk-in customers confident from the very first glance, increase footfall, and help the store stand out in a crowded market.

"Make refurbished feel brand-new." We treated The Digital Metro like a top-tier electronics brand—not “a used-products shop.” From the storefront board and shop creative to shopping bags, visiting cards, and letterheads, every touch point was designed to create one consistent message: quality you can trust. The identity was kept bold, clean, and modern so people remember the name—and recognize it instantly.

A complete brand upgrade that changed customer perception on the spot. Visitors started saying they couldn’t believe it’s a refurbished store because the branding looked that premium and professional. The store became more noticeable to passers-by, footfall increased, and the brand name became easier to remember—leading to more word-of-mouth referrals and stronger market recognition. The owner finally felt the store matched the quality of the products they’ve always sold—now with a brand presence that sells it at first sight.
